Kizzy Lynch MSc, PG Dip, PG Cert, BA (Hons), RM

CEO and Founder | Independent Midwifery Consultant | Disability Advocate


With 24 years as a qualified Midwife and 17 years as a Midwifery Educator, Kizzy combines deep clinical expertise with a passion for education and equity. Her experience spans all areas of maternity care and curriculum design. She developed and led the first midwifery programme in Lincolnshire, successfully guiding it through NMC approval and earning a University Course of the Year Award.
Kizzy maintains active registration with the NMC and is recognised for her strategic thinking, empathy, and collaborative approach.

Sean Morton MA, BSc (Hons), Dip, FloL, FICM

Independent Nursing Consultant | Disability Advocate


Sean is an experienced Education Manager for a regional ambulance service, with over 30 years of clinical nursing experience in emergency care and extensive work across higher education in the UK and USA.

 

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Organisational Management, he is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and the Institute of Leadership (FIoL).
